put them babies in some old bay, beer, crushed red pepper, vinegar and bam! you have some good eating right there son!

back in the day when i lived in memphis,tn every year there was a memphis in may festivel and guys would get on stage with 5 gal buckets full of craws like that and see who could get the most out with their mouths. kinda like bobbing for apples lol. guys used to get their faces mangled. gotta love the south! oh and to cook them u gotta get a gas burner with a 30gal pot full of water, sausages,potatoes,corn,and whatever spices you like and boil till red! then throw em on a picnic table and dig in!

I just put a few in my tank and they are NICE! They are bright red with a black stripe going down the tail. REALLY COOL!
I have 10 right now in the 5-6" range and tomorrow Im going to buy a trap for these guys. They are a lot nicer then I was expecting!
