Female Aborted 2 Pups- need advice [PICS]

I don't think I've ever had a female take this long after birthing to start eating. I wonder if there was a problem with her that caused the premature birth and her not eating now ( more medical than stress). I don't really have any advice that you probably don't know allready about getting a ray to eat but hopefully some of the more advanced members can chime in on pregnancy related deaths and problems along that nature.

ok good news guys, looks like she is starting to take to food again.

things i did, Raised the temp, salt, water change, try feed her every two days,
left her for about another 5 days (this is after about 3 weeks of already not eating)

and she starting to take to food again!! not eating heaps but at least shes interested now and eats a few.
