Wetspot in Portland is a good bet iirc they have special shipping for WA as well. Other than that i would go search for fish stores on google maps and call them up.

Just went into my lfs a little while ago for fish food and I've been eyeing this female dovii myself. It's about 6 inches and the shop is a few miles from you though...it's in Anaheim, CA. My male dovii I rescued is only 3 inches...got him when he was just an inch or so almost 2 months ago. After getting him back to health, he's growing fast. Haven't decided whether to keep him long term yet. Smallest in my 150 community but acts like he owns it.
