Having said that, it's the best time of the year for catching Dolphins, the fish not the mammal. Sometimes called by the locals as "El Dorado". To catch them you have to go at least two miles out to Sea, really deep Sea. Good luck, you might even catch a Marlin.

sorry to hear it??? i LOVE it there! we go 3 times a year. usually just fish off the dock and catch grunts but decided that this year i will go out. theres a lil place called johns pass that used to just be a little fishing village kinda thing but has since evolved to restaraunts and fishing excursions, so guna hop on one of their boats. im a bit nervous about ppl being sick (iv got a fear of people throwing up) but apart from that i cant wait!

Actually, you would want the other folks to be throwing up into the water, but not you. It's called chumming, lol. It brings the fish close to the boat. If they're throwing up, then you're the only one up to the task of catching the fish that shows up.
