or any thing else, she is eating well and seems fine in her self apart from breathing quite fast, water is fine temp is 79, her poo is also fine. she is about 3.5 inches.

That doesn't look normal - could be bloating - honestly, the water doesn't look very clean. That's the first red flag - and would lead to these kinds of issues.
 
Could be bloat. although if u just fed her its hard to tell the abnormality versus a regular full belly. could also be looking at parasites impacted in there. take a picture of her not right after feeding. like before u have fed her at all.
 
Ok thanks, the others in the tank are all fine i will post tomorrow, cant believe that she was still eating even with her belly that full!
 
Well it was fine 3 days ago cant remember the exact numbers, i will take a sample tomorrow to the lfs abduction fund out again, i set up a fx5 fulter yesterday, still running the old filter, could this have done anything ?
 
^^ make sure they don't use the test strips when testing. Strips are pretty much junk. A good API or comparable kit is much better.

I don't see adding a filter having anything to do with this. It will greatly improve your water quality once its been up for awhile, especially with another filter running. I wouldn't feed her for a bit either.....
