Curiouse to ask what they reccomended you feed them?.. I feed my rays nightcrawlers and blackworms ( but that because they're fussy wussy retics that won't take non-live yet) all my research here suggests these along with pellets for vitamins/minerals are best. I'de prolly switch out the pellets to something better, but I'm pretty extreame with how my fish eat ( our fish food bill is generally higehr then our human food bill at the end of the month)

Nice fishroom btw!

ya fish food bill is $20 dollars every other week with the pellets the cats and ray eat so much. As of right now with all my fish they go through 6 tilapia flitets a day and 11.3 oz canister of pellets not bad for two 18" cats two almost 12" ray three gar three synodontis two yellow lab six 2" flowrhorns 1000 flower horn fry two 6" flower horns one black band cichlid a 2" red tail 4 striped raphels a spotted raphel a tire track eel and 2 small fronts one niger cat and an unknown cat.

They told me only black worms and silver sides

360 got a 1 of 2 canisters cleaned last night with a good sand stir walls scrubbed and water change today. another 50lbs of sand added and new aquascapping done. the water is nice and crystal clear with happy fish. hoping to get monday and tuesday off to work on panels, things are crazy at work preparing for all the thanksgiving craziness about to go down.

few things will getting a mature female help my current female mature a lil faster. Also I my backyard connects to a lime stone recycle area they have tons of nice looking peace however i was wondering with it being lime stone will this have any negative effects on my ray. higher ph value yes but for ray??

A black ring isn't new growth. Hopefully nothing but a pic will help.
