Feng Shui Aquatics "High Quality Texas cichlid"

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Shoulda ordered from Cjbarth. He has better quality RT than anyone else in the US IMO. Easy to work with and reasonable prices. GL with what you bought from Fengshui though. I think his fish are overpriced but w/e.

Agreed if u want to order rt hit up cjbarth.....heard good things about him

Keep in mind guys prices are negotiable on all fish just ask... And cj Barth is a good friend of ours...
I have found your prices to be pretty fair overall. Super deals on smaller growouts etc.
Fengshui Aquatic how do you generally react to any negative reviews of our stateside trashippers? The botched packing job described in this thread is an excellent example of what can go wrong. You have some high quality fish ( I check the fsa website often as well as your aquabid auctions:drool:) I hope our transhippers continue to operate well into the future but there is no excuse for shoddy packaging when someone is paying a premium for quality fish and shipping.

good question... I would like the customers to send me pics of how the fish packaging does arrive being repacked by the transhipper.. This would help me to determine how the fish are being handled on the other end. Since we do DOA all our fish we hope that they are being properly repacked and shipped with the best care possible. Since we have been open for a year now the only complaints about any transhippers so far have been about getting timely email shipping qoutes concerning the customer with the transhipper. We can't give the customer the shipping qoute ourselves because different transhippers have different prices guessing on area codes and size as well as to how many peices.... As far as choosing the best transhipper, I cannot answer that question it's probably best to ask around...
Yet I would love to see how the fish are arriving, and this would help us on deciding which transhippers we would suggest to the customer in the future.. It does matter, and should be brought up..

Thanks
Dave

I gave one to my brother because I had to separate my crenicichla atabapo I. Well it was a male and had a little redding on the cheeks but nothing special. Anyways I put my RT with my C atabapo I and they were fine for a week. Then I looked at them together one sunday night and went to do some work on my computer. Came back an hour later and the pike kicked the **** out of her. I separated her immediately but she isn't eating like a pig like she used to. She was reddening up really nice but now she is recovering. Her fins are healed up but it may take a little while before I post more pics. She was really reddening up before she got injured. I'll keep y'all posted.
