How big is the tank, what kind of plants, what kind of ferts, is there co2 injection, how heavy is the fish stock, and what kind of fish, how densely planted is the tank? That question is way to vague to be able to answer in any way.

I don't see your java fern, but it should be rooted to a piece of wood or rock, not in the substrate. You should either get substrate tabs, or a real plant substrate. As for ferts, I'd go for just a basic NPK liquid fert.
Trial and error, start with the suggested dosing. Just keep an eye on the plants, and if once every other day isn't enough go to once a day, or increase the dosage. The plants will take around a week to show any issues, longer for plants with rhizomes, or bulbs.
