Think chances would be good with 3 m 3 f of each?
If your trying to get a pair, you may be better off trying one male w/ a few females.

I just wasn't sure if I'd have that luck for a hybrid pair. The one male in one species may never look at the females of the other. Seems like even numbers would provide better chance. Unless, having a male of one species and several female of another is the key. Maybe?

totally agree with you putting even numbers of both sexes of two different species would only increase your chances for species battles rather than pairing for hybridization and leaving only one option for a species to procreate which is the main instinct of every animal on earth would be the way to go
Now that's a very interesting question, I'd love to know if you produce a fertile male, that'd be pretty awesome! The problem is the breeders that developed these breeds weren't/aren't very willing to share information. I'd love to see a data base that could tell you if any given cross would be fertile.Reason I ask bc im breeding a vieja syn to a kml and I new the f1 males wasnt going to b fertile due to the cross I just eanted 2 no more in depth. ...
