Im not an advocate of dividers nor have I ever used one, but I may have to look into that. I will usually take the fry out after a few weeks and add other fish back to the tank to keep them occupied. Also, the female is the one you have to look out for in my pair thus far.

Does your male keep those dark stripes throughout the spawning process? My male has them just like yours, but they come and go quite often.

So far he has had them since they spawned. I have not seen him go back to that classic male festae coloration yet. To be so small they are very protective over their fry! They charge me when I come to feed!

Ill try and snap some pics before I go home for christmas. Fry are a little larger and the pair are already "shaking" at each other again!
Ever since I told you that my male never really holds his stripes for any period of time, he hasn't gone back to the traditional look yet! My female is moving the eggs as we speak and I see some wigglers in there! So exciting... how long did it take your wigglers to become free swimming?
