I will be selling the fry when they get bigger so I will keep you updated on their progress. I believe they take around a week to become free swimmers so I will put new pictures up then.

Great looking cichlids there.
If they get a long great as it is there first spawn I would just leave all the fry in there undisturbed to see how the parents cope with them, then on later spawns I would consider removing them depending on how this batch goes.

I live in Chepstow which is close to Bristol City. I will keep 6 for you. I did exactly the same and brought 6 and waited for a pair to form.

Thanks but at the moment I don't have room for any more cichlids. My other tank has Electric Blue Dempsey's. Hoping to upgrader to an 8ft tank in the future. When I do this I will be adding Jaguar, GT, Red Pike. I also want to get Polleni and Tilapia from Africa but I need more tanks.
Ha I have the problem, I only have 3 tanks (375g,125g,75g), my girl won't let me have anymore lol, so have to make do with what I have until I can get a dedicated fish room
