When mature, without male festae in the tank, my female would look like this.
with a dominant male in the tank, she stayed in this coloration.

Removed my female festae from the main tank and she went to the blue stripes and dark orange color like yours. When she was in the presence of my male jag, her colors were really bright orange with yellows and dark striping.
I appreciate everyones help. I believe the removal of the Green Terror must is the most likely cause. She still looks OK even without deep red/yellow and perhaps as the Salvini grows, she'll want to display her colors again. Unfortunately, I feel that if I add a Male Festae in there, ill likely have to remove all other tank mates. In a 135 gallon she will either love him or kill him. Personally, id rather try to have a few other species of fish than a single pair (who may still one day kill each other in a 135) and especially considering I don't have any alternative tank setups.
