For the past couple days my festaes havent been eating and have stringy white feces. My water parameters are ammonia and nitrite 0 and nitrate 20. Im going tot he store today to buy some medicine but would like some recommendations from people on here first...

Epsom salt in the water . Serach for RD's thread on this. Do a search by eposom salt or magnesium sulphate.
Lok as well at athread by Oscaroo where he was afraid his FH had bloat. Stuff was dicussed again there
Going on the end of my third day of treatment and they have eaten a little bit today but not too much...I am treating the tank with metro...I put the directed amount in 3 days ago then 48 hours later did a water change and put the directed amount again. It says do that 3 to 5 times...Pray for me
Agreed. This is a relatively easy fix...That is bs, sorry.They do make it it properly addressed from the onset.
