Its subjective. No place online has them right now (that I can find) and youd pay more than thatif you had it shipped.
If you want it, get it. $30 + $20 in gas roughly...$50. Youd spend $50 on a nice dinner that you wouldnt remember a week later. $30 is expensive for one that small though.
Personally, id do it, because they are a beautiful fish. Id get more than 1 if you can...just keep in mind, when larger, they are no trimac or oscar, personality-wise. They are not owner responsive in that capacity if thats what youre looking for.
Do yourself a favor and bring pics of small festae and small mayans so that you 100% know you are getting what you want.
Easiest way to tell at 2 inches is the spot on the caudal fin on a festae covers the top half, while on a mayan it usually covers the whole thing.

well if i were you id wait until rapps has some. they would be cheaper per fish and you want to get about 5 and keep the best pair.
