I wouldn't do it... If you are going to do Festae, you are certainly going to want to get yourself a pair... and since they are VERY difficult to sex, you would have to buy a bunch of them...
I waited until I found a seller who had them for (I think) 7 or 8 bucks each (it's been awhile)... bought 6. 5 survived the first week... Dropped them in a grow out tank and waited... lost another one several months later to undetermined causes... down to 4... two of them finally paired off... (I knew this because I woke up to another dead fish and a severely beaten second fish... pulled out the survivor... and I now have a breeding pair.
Now... they are young and I think there are only about 8-10 surviving fry... so I don't have any to send you right now (very small now)... but eventually, i hope to see more fry.
I described the entire process because this is the sort of thing that happens when you invest in 2 inch fish... and 30$ + gas seems excessive to me...
Stay patient and a hobbyist here or on aquabid will eventually show up with more reasonably priced fish.
