Haha, no way.That's another 'rescue'. Was covered in ich and breathing heavily no more than 3 days ago, now he's clear and eating like a champ. Pretty little thing, it's my first prochilodus after wanting them for a looong time. Not very common in the NE.

Not common here either and high dollar when they do come around. I had one quite a while back that I sold because he was getting beat up on and I could stand to see it. I really liked him. I have more tanks and space available now though so if you get tired of him... I'm first in line. You know they grow up to 12".

I agree with M_M. Those are nice fish when the get big and usually have a big attitude to back it up.

I wish WildBill (from Mo's forums) would have posted photos of his uro pair. Absolutely stunning. I've never seen photos that could compare to them. He had a very nice collection of fish, but I think the ones that stood out the most were that pair.
