Well another thing. I have a 4in festae that has alot of spangling also. Will post pics later. It is a bit more yellow in color. I think still a bit to young. Hiding right now so cant take a shot.
That pic is not a male its a female. Look at the first third of its dorsal fin. Its dark. Male's dorsal completely red. Females dorsal and pelvic fins are dark. Either blue or black. Female can have the spangling also.
He is pretty big. HE is chasing the smaller one around now. I think the smaller one is a female. The smaller one is 4in. But has alot of spangling also. More yellowish in color than the bigger one. The bigger one is clearing rocks like its cool. Been only 2 days in the tank.
