Funny enough, I thought of you Miguel before posting this, but I assumed that you spoke Portuguese.

Surely someone here is fluent in Spanish?

My girlfriend does.
Roughly...
He says the scientific name and then the common name (red terror). He says the females are more colorful (pigmented) but the fish are stressed right now--so it's harder to appreciate their true colors, but when they're happy their coloration is very nice. Then he talks about their website address.

No. No interesting info whatsoever. Just that they are beautifull and females even more so, but this one is stressed and that americans love them and call them commercially red terrors... As Orange,'s beautifull girlfriend has said.

I don't give total credit if all those languages are basically understandable to their native speakers without some heavy learning.

That would apply only to spanish, Barbara. ( allthough a spaniard will never understand a portuguese )

My second language is german. My Father was german.

French and engish are mandatory all throughout school ( at least in my time )

in Italy I get by... Can order an expresso and comploment the npneauifull ladies and a little more....

I can get by in Calif, Nevada, Arizona, & New Mexico restaurants.
In Israel if waiter asked me "filafel?" I'd more than likely answer "No, man. I feel fine!"
