I'm sensing issues here. I would want a female festae for obvious reasons, but a male managuense again for coloration. The other 2 I dont care if male or female. Any chance I can pull off this mixture without issues? or do they HAVE to be all male or all female?
well say you go three male x one female or however. one of those males is going to pair up with the female and the pair is going to be uber aggressive towards the other fish.

Usually the safe mix is two or three females and one male... However, the cichlids you have selected are fish with cranky attitudes. Especially the Managuens.
If you do this and somehow it works out, go ahead and let nature take its course! Just when the babies are hatched don't pull them. They will be a hybrid. Leave them in and they will slowly just disappear.
I've never owned a Cuban so I don't know much about them. Jags are often more territorial than outright aggressive. If your Jag has a sectioned off place such as behind a log or something, he will most likely claim his territory and guard it rather than harrass everyone in the tank. GL.
