I hear you about the shock of parents not thrashing fry. In my 40b I have a pair of HRPs with fry that are now half of moms size. Occasionally I will see dad chase one away for his pit but otherwise they live peacefully.

I hear you about the shock of parents not thrashing fry. In my 40b I have a pair of HRPs with fry that are now half of moms size. Occasionally I will see dad chase one away for his pit but otherwise they live peacefully.

Yours are the exact same size (or at least growth stage) as my older batch, kinda weird looking at them next to their parents at that size since my pair is like 3.5 and 2.5" respectively, so I'm not used to seeing hrp fry that close in size to their parents yet lol
