I guess it depends on how you look at it. If you really want them badly and they are not readily available, then its not too bad of a price. I priced them out from there and it 6 for $124 shipped second day. So about $20 each. I already have a male and female not a pair however. I believe the female is a bit special. Doesnt swim, just lays there or somewhat swims only on the bottom. Shes in her own tank. When I tried to put them together he would peck at her eye and she didnt know to move away.
