Seems like a lot of light for FW with no plants. Do you have any algae issues (you never appear to from the pics, just asking 
) I love seeing your tank though, if I had to one-word it I'd probably say 'elegant.' I'm still jealous that you were able to haul that sweet piece of wood off the beach, right down the street from you too wasn't it? Jerk.

I don't live far from the beach. Algea isnt that much of a problem with some elbow grease. And keeping the lights off most of the time helps too.
I love the river bottom look you got going on. I would just add some java moss to the wood. Just to give it the old river look. Either way I love it. Great job
