Feeding him Large pellets. Was also feeding frozen carnivore food for a while about a year ago but he is a picky eater and stopped eating them.

Got the Epsom salt on the way home from work. Will start treating food tonight. It does look worse today, but fish still acting normal.
I feed a variety daily. Tetra freeze dry krill jumbo shrimp, fluval bug bites, Hikari sinking carnivore pellets (small pellets), hikari tropical massivore delight (large pellets), and on occasion to make sure small bottom dwellers eat new life spectrum naturox (micro pellets).
Tonight is 2nd feeding with epsom salt. Yesterday was first. Using .5 cup distilled .75 tsp epsom 15 minute soak. Fh appears to have no change for better or worse so far. Will continue epsom soak feeding and observing.
Also, it's not big, and I hope to not have to move any fish because I hate stressing them and moving them around, but if the problem persist and I need to, I have a small qt I setup and seeded with a bag of bio rings from my 240 wd.
He didn't appear to be getting any better. So he's been moved to the QT tank so I can take the next steps. Reducing feedings to solely skinned blanched peas, and epsom salt bath. (1tbs per 5g). Will update daily.
2nd full day of epsom salt qt bath and feeding blanched peeled pees. Looking completely healed today. Going to give her one more day in the QT tank and another pea feeding before moving back tocl the 560. Hope I don't see this again anytime soon. If it has to do with diet or overeating shell have to move to another tank cause the 560 eats diverse, and a lot.
