Wow he doesn't look bloated. Looks more hungry with the sunken stomach than anything. Also he looks real sick with the shrunken head and pale colors. Have you try to deworm him yet?

I finished 5 days of clear last week. He didn't eat for about 10 days prior to that and is still uninterested in food. I work at a small animal vet clinic and brought in a white/clear fecal sample for testing. I began adding Epsom salt last night and turned heat to 88f.

I have not. I'm hesitant to try anything that could dirty the water?
I soaked his pellets in Epsom salt and he continues to avoid them when I drop them in
