Fiance visa help? any immigration lawyers?

What's her profession? Tell her to get into Nursing and have her apply for a work Visa in the states. With the shortage of Nurses here in the states it might get the ball rolling faster.

There is a filipino channel on cable called TFC. They have a show that showcases immigration issues and they have an immigration lawyer here in the states that's a speaker. He breaks down some good information. I'll try to find out the contact info for you so you can contact him directly.

R1's right if she had a job lined up it might help. My father came here many many years ago but I know one of the prequisites was that you have a job lined up for when you get here. He had a green card for probably 50 years and just recently became a full u.s. citizen.

Outside of that I think if I were you I would find a immigration attorney(take it there is such a thing?) and go from there..

Thanks for all the info. Yeah, I know I was too shy like an idiot. That's just my favorite pic since it's on the beach. Wow, I thought it would be easy from Canada. I guess I'll just follow up with the embassy and then if it gets denied I'll get a lawyer for an appeal, its probably too late to get one now since the interview is already over with.

Just wondering, Would be hard for me to get into America, I live in Australia.
