Generally slow growers, Quite rare to find large specimens. Most I see top out at about 7". Just over 1/3rd their potential size!
One of my favourite common fish. Goes great with the community group when small, goes good with the more aggressive crowd when large. Likes to be in generous sized groups.

Just been trying to take pics ( I suck at taking pics of fish ) so have took a few camerphone vids, will have to wait a few hrs untill I upload them onto my laptop. , Post a vid soon I have them in a 6x2x2 with 9 other sharks and a few other fish now
Okes , heres the crappy vid , they where in a 4x2x2 for the last 3 years and just feeding off frozen blood worms brine shrimp and sinking 46% protein pellets .
There now in a 6x2x2 with alot of big clown loachs alot of smaller silver sharks and a few others , But thinking I will get a bigger tank for them soon.
