Fiberglass Baptism pool

Hey everyone. Just wanted to post a thread for my 1200 gallon baptism pool I just bought, that I will be converting into an aquarium.

Any thoughts and ideas anyone may have regarding this build please share any input you may have. First time ever dealing with something other than a glass or acrylic tank.
I will be sharing updates as they become available here, and on YouTube!

How do you intend to filter the pool?

sweet! what r the dimensions on this?

i would put a couple of coats of pond armor on the inside and top ledges.

give it a fresh paint job on the outside & wrap it with wood & etc. to make it
look more appealing to the eyes, u know aesthetics.

run a closed loop on those 4 small faucet holes for water current/movement,
use the 2 bigger bottom holes as drains for wc and emergencies when u need
it drained fast.

use the top left corner to attach a overflow box for surface skimming & etc. etc...

I def intend to do a pond armor type epoxy on the entire inside and lip, that will be the first thing I do. The place I’m putting it I will have no where for a sump under, beside, behind it so I was thinking of doing an overhead sump.

As for the outside, aesthetics. My plan is to build it into a wall built out of barn wood. And hanging my tv on the wall above the tank.
