Hi plenty of Koi tanks like that in the UK. Try the various koi pond builders.
 
Do a search on aqua culture tanks. The tanks from the website that you posted are not made in the USA. They are made overseas some place. I ordered a back ordered 405 gallon, and that's what I was told. Perhaps if you contact aquaticeco.com they can tell you who their supplier is. I don't see a tank the size you are looking for. Some major tank builders make large fiberglass tanks with acrylic windows, so you might check regular tank builders too.
