can a fiddler crab live in sw if it can climb out to get air

it was just a question no need to be smart about it and the only reason i asked was cause some fiddlers live next to the ocean in florida. and i didnt plan on puting it in t marine tank full of water i was wanting to make a partial marine terarum i just wanted to see if the salt wold affect it negativly if i didnt care i wuldnt of asked

They are brackish so they like a mix but I have a freshwater tank with aquarium salt they live well in. That said, I go to the outer banks in NC and there are tons of them there and they live in salt/marshy areas there.

Salt or brackish are both fine in my experience.

I believe brakish is best.
