The African probably tried to fight the BP for dominance in the tank. I assume it would be do to their similar sizes and the fact that the BP has a bright color, so the African, probably male, seen the BP as a rival male, whether it is or not. The African probably got to the point where it felt confident enough that it could dethrone the BP as the dominant male of the tank.
For the win! That is exactly what happened. For too long the BP thought is was king of the tank. It was 1x1 and the BP did not win.

No scales were lost and both have picked their respective corners of the tank. Just a little tussle in the jungle so to speak.

Lol I wouldn't say the fights over just yet. The BP might go in for a round 2 to take back it's title as the top dog of the tank. Generally even when a king has been dethroned that doesn't mean they're out of the fight it just means they are biding their time till they can take back the crown.
