Those eba's can spawn once a month I have kept some fry from the last spawn now 3 weeks old and I think my pair are at it again doing what yours are doing the male also bites the leaves of the plant's in the aquarium .Once the eggs hatch and you get frees swimming fry the parents will get very aggressive and keep the other fish at the other end of the aquarium
