LOL get this... hes only taking 6-7 out of his 20 cichlids... so only 7 fish

dude you definately have to get him into something other than cichlids...LOL but despite all that...it must be a dream cichlid tank for him......maybe get him looking at some dovii....like a big pair:naughty:
 
When he isnt home just slip in some of the real monsters. He will fall in love and change his mind right there.
