Filling up tank.

I called up the town office and apparently they added some chemical in the water thats making its yellowish. This is BS, im not filling up my tanks with "piss" water.

I use a garden hose to empty the tank. My tap outside is just too cold for the tank. Unless I can get some sort of adapter for the kitchen sink to hook up to the water hose? I don't mind the buckets though. It's good excercise.
