I have the same problem with my 2 inch striped raphael. His eyes have always had a blue tint. I have never seen any other cat with blue eyes. He is one of the smallest fish in my tank and has survived because he doesn't come out too much and there aren't any aggressive fish in my tank. One of his eyes is now white. I am going to put him in my 30 gal with some antibacterial/fungus crap. Lately my striped rapheal has been coming out ALOT more than usual. I think he might have been nipped by one of my 7 inch pacu. But the striped rapaels have such wrinkly texture its hard to tell if they are ok all of the time. Hopefully the anti fungal stuff works.
