In my trickle tower I run 10ppi in top drawer 30ppi in second drawer and floss in the third with the bottom 2 big draws have 200 scrubbies works well for me

Keep an eye on your 45ppi. If you are heavy stalked like all the majority of us it may clog quickly
I plan on having filter socks the 10PPI foam and then the 30PPI foam in the next chamber. A chamber of MarinePure 1.5" spheres 2 gallons and then the 45PPI foam. My sump is a 75 gallon so I have plenty of space for other stuff. I'm thinking of a chamber for live plants.
