Filter for 120,000 gallon Pond

I need ideas on cleaning up my pond the dimensions are 50l x 40w x 7d the ponds was un-maintained since 2006 and is overgrown with cat-tails and there is about a foot of muck and detritus before you hit sand. So far all I have been able to do is pull some cattails. Any help would be great.

maybe try and break it up and pump it with a heavy duty trash pump

I know there is such a fish that eats vegetation i think its called grass carp or somthing.

What sort of bottom is in the pond? Bottom drains at all? Or are we taking a mud bottomed essentially natural pond that's on your land?
