Filter for 55gal planted tank

If you are injecting co2, then ditch all your filters, and get a small internal filter such as the fluval plus series.

thats what i have.

question is shud i use 2 of them 1 @ each side and just sponge on them be ok?
im just worried that it wont be able to cope up with the bioloads.

i want to do a peaceful community tank of congo tetras and angels and either corys or loaches for bottom.

right now i just have 1 marbled angel, a prochilodus, a pair of kribensis and currently using this as a growout of my longnose gar(10") and albino poly(8") i myt get a dat too to grow :)

no surface agitation at all but still keeps the water moving!
