Filter for breeding RCS question

I use sponge filters in all of my shrimp tanks. The work great and shrimp LOVE to sit on them picking food off of them.
For a HOF, I have taken the sponge materal from an Aquaclear HOF and put it over the intake. This works great also.

I'm sticking to the Hydor II sponge filter (20 gal.) in the corner and a bubble wand on the opposite wall (for circulation) in my RCS 10gal. We'll see how that works...
