I have wet/dry filter with blue bio balls, that why I thought that I have to get more mechanical filtration. What do you think ? What will be the best for me ?

The scrubbies will be the easiest way, but do I need it more than other that you wrote in this thread, especialy that I have already bio blue balls...

Thanks

Ehfimech will do nothing for you. It is not designed to grow beneficial bacteria, it is a mechanical pre filter. You can use filter bags to put the media in if it is too small.

OK, I understand. It not make sense to add one more mechanical media.

Adding more mechanical could be wise. It would need to be done before the bioballs though. The ehfimech is designed as the first layer of mechanical filtration in canister filters and would do you no good in that sump of yours.

After reading your pm it looks to me that you will need to fill that space with some crushed coral to raise your kH and stabilize your pH.

hmmm... very interesting :) Thanks !

I'm not sure where I should put it into my filter ? Before blue balls or after ?

the felt/floss pad above the bio-balls should work fine for mechanical filtration. i'd suggest ceramic bio-rings or efhisubstrat as well. DO NOT USE CARBON!!!
