I run 2 AC 110 on my 150 gallon. I bought a littl 20 gallon for my boy in his bedroom (one hell of a night light!) with an AC 50. I squeezed the "juice" from one of my dirty sponges directly onto the new wet sponge before I did my weekly maintanence, cycled in 48 hours. We put 15 rummy nose tetras in there and only lost one due to it getting stuck on the filter intake. Been 5 weeks now and doing great!
