QUOTE]That's due to canister filter chambers being under less pressure while running than when turned off. This is because of the suction on the chamber from the pump. This is mostly the case even when the filters are clean not just due to clogged intakes. Clogged intakes will increase the suction effect however

I had one that had the same thing happen to me. I noticed it rather quickly though.
