filtering a 280gal.

whats the best filtration system for a 280gal tank ? i was thinking a canister filter of some sort . give me ur opinions

Large canisters and a sump or wet/dry in combination

1 fx5 good enough. but if your planning to overstock then add a sump or another cannister.

Depends on what your going to put in it but an fx5 will hold it's own

yup i would use 2 at least with some addde filtration ontop of that.

id go with sump, less maintenance then canister filters. maybe try a canister pond filter lol i was thinking of getting a aquatop 2500gph with uv filter to try on a fish tank
