i nnnneeeeedddd to buy new filters my 90 has insafishent filtering (lol cant spell) i have two ac's there umm a 30 and a 50 and a (ugf) from a 33g
hooked up to a fluval powerhead

i want to buy an eheim2260 cause its hella fillter but would it be to much
if so plz name other filters (THAT)dont suck lol like 200gph or somthing like
that get back to me i don't kno if i need it asap. cause my fish are so small???
but wwould like to get it sooner then later !!

!!! can i hook the eheim up to the undergavelfilter ?????

just use the eheim 2260, and imo trash the ugf, i find them to be useless and dirty
 
I answered your other thread but you can save MAJOR $$ by going with the HOB AC110's I have a 90 with 2 on it and they're fantastic. $45-50 each!

I'd try them before shelling out a bunch of cash. I looked into the eheims and others too. They're just too expensive for my taste.
 
Yea HOB filters can do the same job as canisters, for less.
Snag an Aquaclear or Emperor brand hung on the back filter. If you're in desperate need of bio filtration I recommend the Emperor 400, the aquaclear has good bio, but the wet/dry deal should work better.

Aquclear costs less in the long run since the media rarely (if ever) needs replaced, I've only heard of the bio media breaking down.
Emps need the media replaced every 3+/- months.

Both are great, it's a matter of preference really.

I'm not knockin canister filters, they're just better suited for planted/show tanks IMO.
