i couldnt deal with something that nerve racking, thats why i wont have kids.

He may be fifteen, but I am 27 and feel the same way. Can't you trade the kid on a tank? I would rather have chlamydia than children. You can't take medicine to deal with the stress of children, except maybe Valium. LOL

the oxygen will be replaced. The thing to worry about most with still water is ammonia build up. With no water running through your filters there is not much biological filtration going on.

also the bacteria in the filter starts going anaerobic... and the water will be stinky.... (try it take a filter of for a day or 2 for full smell so u really know wat am talkin about lol)

ya becarful with ur kid and electricity and water....

1) buy an alarm that goes on when there is no power....wife can turn things back on

2) BUY A DOGGIE ON COUCH ALARM PLACE NEAR POWER STRIP

3) MAKE THE ELECTRIC POWER SO IT CANT BE UNPLUGGED OR SWITCHED OFF

My Three year old likes to unplug my filters and it has become a habit
for him . This happens while I am at woork .
And means I have Still water for about 6 hr .
I allways feel like I have to do a water change .
The fish do not seam to be in stress , They
Just chill like nothings out of the norm .

My question is , "Are there any water oxygen experts out there",
When I turn My filters and power heads back on will it re oxygenate my water
or do I need to do water change to re obtain full oxygen levels .
