Filtration Advice needed

Hi.. I have Tank 4 ft X 2 ft X 18(inch) with 1 west African lungfish about 12 inch.

which type of filter should i use, He has a messy thick poop.
A. Canister filter ? Name / model and capacity.
B. Any Internal filter ?
C. Multiple top filters ?

Note : Tank is on floor.

What's your budget? I would go for 2 canister filters, always gives you back up if anything goes wrong

Just get 2 AC 110 you be fine with it, if you only have 1 fish in there. Messy eater but not much bio load you should be fine. If budget is not an issue get FX6, when you upgrade your tank you dont have to upgrade filter. FX6 can do good up to 300g.

Yea go with canister filter. Go with 2 canister if you can.
