It's a bit tricky when tank is on floor. Most of the filters input works on gravity except top filters.
Consider sunsun HW304B as one optoption. Do one modification by inserting a reasonably powerful pump within the tank to its input. That will add suction power to filter input.
Alternatively you can have a top filter combined with internal sponge filter, on either side. Internal filter traps debris within the tank.
