i know i did not explain that good, but you see on the left side where it crosses over then goes down??? that is your later level line, once the tank water level drops below that, flow stops, then once it rises back up, it starts by itself. so as long as that is close to your orginal tank water level it will not over flow in power outage. BUT if that line is to low, that tank will keep flowing till it gets to that line. so you want it as high as possible.
