Filtration for a 180 Gallon Tank???

Wow AC110 seem to be popular amongst everyone who has replied so far...It seems like this is the popular HOB filter choice. Any reason why this is so?

the AC filters are almost unchanged for many, many years for a good reason. they are hands down the best hang on backs you can get.

for a 180, an fx5 alone would be more filtration than you could possibly need, which is good. theres the rena filstars and the AC110

could go with 2 xp3, 3 ac110 an fx5 or any combo of them. im personally a big fan of those 3 filters, because they have always performed well for me *knock on wood* and im pleased as can be with them

yeah the ac110 is very popular in this forum. i personally never used them,, but plan on adding two to my 100 gal(currently being filtered by two eheim pro II 2028's) but 12VOLT told you why people like em so much
