filtration questions

I just bought a old 75 and i was wondering what i should filter it with I was thinking 2 ac 110's but I saw that they aren't on sale any more. It is going to be a poly tank with about 50 lbs of sand for substrate. any ideas???

you can go with two emperor 400 or two aquaclear 70....Ive been trying to get the AC 110...are they really not selling them no more??

they are still selling ac 110's but not for 34 bucks now they are 70 or something.

2 on a 75 works pretty darn good IMO

Carefull with HOB's and sand. May need to mod sponges or something on the intakes to keep the HOB's running. Sand has been known to wreck HOB's.
