Can anyone recommend and good website or area of MFK where i can get some information about biological filtration setup. I've found lots of information about filtration media, and pump sizing. But nothing about exactly how to set it up. For example, pump location and piping practices, or pipe sizing and filtration tank size.

This would definitely be the site I'd recommend. There're a ton of people on here who've plumbed filtration themselves which sounds like what you're wanting to do. Post up a little bit more information on what your set up is like and I'm sure you'll get more than a few answers and ideas about the best way to filter it!

I'm picking up my tank tonight. Its a 100 gallon tank with an overflow compartment. I'll post some pictures later tonight when i get the tank home. The tank is 6feet by 18 inches by 18inches.
